Deals Fire DMG equal to 300% Final ATK to enemies in a 300m radius, then enters [Attack] and becomes unable to re-enter [Attack] for 25s. While in [Attack], Crit Rate increases by 30%, Max HP increases by 80%, and every Basic ATK triggers [Meltdown]. [Meltdown] Each basic attack consumes 4% Max HP to deal additional Fire DMG equal to {0} Final ATK in a 200m radius. When HP is under 30%, HP will no longer be depleted. ([Meltdown] can be triggered up to 20 times). While in [Attack], this skill can be cast again to exit [Attack]. When enemy DMG reduces HP below 20% (and Lynn is not defeated], [Attack] ends and HP is recovered to the amount when Lynn entered [Attack].

[Defense]: Deals Fire DMG equal to {0} Final ATK and decreases target’s Fire RES by {1} for 60s. Switching to [Attack] or leaving battle ends this effect. Attack]: Deals Fire DMG equal to {2} Final ATK in a 400m-radius fan shape. Auto Skill: Deals Fire DMG equal to {0} Final ATK in a fan shape, and triggers the following effects depending on whether Lynn is in [Attack] or [Defense]: [Defense]: Gains 1 stack of [Inferno] every 1.2s and gains 1 stack of “Inferno” when attacked (up to 1 stack every 0.5s). After dealing DMG, depletes 15 stacks of [Inferno] to taunt enemies in a 250m radius for 3s and increases all allies’ [Echomancer Crit Rate] by 20% for 20s. Switching to [Attack] or leaving battle ends this effect. [Attack]: Cannot be cast while in [Attack]. When [Attack] ends, auto skill DMG increases by 10% for each [Meltdown] triggered; this effect can stack.

Base Effect:

Starts in [Defense]. While in [Defense], Basic DR increases by 20% and Basic ATKs cause the target to take 30% more DMG for 5s (Switching to [Attack] or leaving battle ends this effect). Can cast [Swallowing Calamity] to enter [Attack].

Unlocks at Seed Lv. I:

After switching to [Attack], the Fire RES decrease inflicted by Active Skill [Buried in Ashes] does not disappear.

After switching to [Attack], the ally with the lowest HP other than Lynn can trigger [Meltdown] with their own Basic ATKs (does not deplete HP or uses) until Lynn’s [Attack] ends.
The lower the HP, the more Extra DMG [Meltdown] deals, up to a maximum of 80% more DMG at 40% HP.

Restores 12/18/24 seconds of the first-time Seed Charge. The effect is doubled in a [Dry Environment]. It does not stack with [Seed Charge - Square - β].

Fire Zone Strike

Expands the Fire Zone created by 20%. While in a Fire Zone, Echomancers recover 1% Max HP and increase Extra ATK by 10%/20%/30% every 2s; this Extra ATK increase is doubled for Fire Echomancers.

Potential Exploration

Lv. 0: When set as Leader, this Echomancer gains an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).

Lv. 1: When set as Leader, teammates gain an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).

Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.

Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.

Lv. 4: When set as Leader, each change in the activation state of this Echomancer's Block ability increases the Extra DMG of Echomancers on the field by 60% for 60s.

Lv. 5: ATK SPD +5%.

Lv. 6: CRIT Rate +5%.

Lv. 7: When set as Leader and on the field: Fire Echomancers ignore 10% of the target's Basic DR. When an Elemental Reaction is triggered on the field, applies a 40% [Elemental Reaction DMG Bonus] to all enemies for 30s.

Lv. 8: After being switched to Backup, the redeployment CD is reduced by 15s.

Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Tier list comment

The new Leader of Fire teams, Lynn has both great tanking and output capabilities. A Jack-of-all-trades, he can provide RES debuffs, Taunt, CRIT buffs and create Fire Zones. He also has perfect synergy with Baili Tusu and Cyros.
