Recovers 1 use of [Boiling Red]. During the buff duration, ATK SPD increases by 60% and Basic ATKs turn into penetrative strikes from her dragon blades that deal Fire DMG equal to {0} Final ATK and decrease the target’s Elemental RES by 30% for 4s.

Creates a 600m Dragon-Print Zone for 15s. While the Dragon-Print Zone is active, it deals Fire DMG equal to {0} Final ATK every 1s to enemies in the area. When Long He scores a critical hit against enemies in the zone, DMG increases by {1}. After casting this skill, Long He enters the [Marine Disaster] state for 30s. During the buff’s duration, Long He triggers all of [Blazing Insight]’s buff effects and Crit Rate increases by {2}. Every 2 Basic ATKs, Long He deals Fire DMG equal to {3} Final ATK in a 300m area to 1 hit enemy (prioritizing Elites and Bosses) and creates two more dragon blades to attack enemies; this DMG is considered Basic ATK DMG. When triggering this effect, for every enemy hit, the area increases by 50m up to 500m. During the buff’s duration, this can be triggered up to 6 times.

Base Effect:

Under different statuses, Long He performs different forms of Basic ATKs.
Long He’s Basic ATKs deal 20% more DMG to enemies in a Fire Zone. When there is only 1 enemy on the field, this effect is increased by 30%.

Unlocks at Seed Lv. I:

When entering battle, Seed Charge +60s. The DMG from triggering [Marine Disaster] increases by 40%. When entering [Blazing Insight], deals [Marine Disaster] DMG to enemies 3 times in a 300m area (prioritizing Elites and Bosses).

Basic ATK DMG increases by 30%. Seed Charge Time decreases by 20s, and the Dragon-Print Zone lasts 15s longer.

Echomancer ATK SPD increases by 20%. When an Echomancer performs a Basic ATK, their Engraving ATK increases by 1.5%/3%/4.5% for 30s, stacking up to 5 times. This effect is doubled for Fire Echomancers.

Potential Exploration

Lv. 0: When set as Leader, this Echomancer gains an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).

Lv. 1: When set as Leader, teammates gain an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).

Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.

Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.

Lv. 4: When set as Leader, after each use of an Active Skill, the Extra DMG of Echomancers on the field is increased by 20%, stacking up to 3 times and lasting for 30s.

Lv. 5: ATK SPD +5%.

Lv. 6: CRIT Rate +5%.

Lv. 7: When set as Leader and on the field: Fire Echomancers ignore 10% of the target's Basic DR. When an Elemental Reaction is triggered on the field, applies a 40% [Elemental Reaction DMG Bonus] to all enemies for 30s.

Lv. 8: After being switched to Backup, the redeployment CD is reduced by 15s.

Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.
