Base Effect:

Gains [Shining Star] from [Thwarting Disaster], [Black and White Strategy], and [Pass Judgment]. When [Shining Star] reaches 5 stacks, activates [Destroying Disaster]. After 2 uses, Switches back to [Thwarting Disaster].
Upon gaining more than 5 stacks of [Shining Star], the excess stacks are preserved up to 5 stacks.
Gains [Echo] upon entering battle.
[Echo]: When other allied Echomancers’ stat increases are higher than one’s own, this Echomancer’s stat increases become [Synchronized Stat Increases].
[Synchronized Stat Increase]: Equal to the highest stat increase among all Echomancers, up to a certain limit:
[Engraving ATK% Increase] and [Engraving ATK Extra Increase]: 60%.
[Extra ATK Increase]: 90%.
[Engraving MST% Increase]: 20%.

Unlocks at Seed Lv. I:

When entering battle, recovers 45s of Seed Charge and 15s of [Black and White Strategy] CD. Gains 2 stacks of [Shining Star] upon casting [Pass Judgment]. [Thwarting Disaster] and [Destroying Disaster] DMG increases by 30%.

[Thwarting Disaster] and [Destroying Disaster] DMG ignore 40% of enemy DR. When Lionel is under the [Black and White Strategy] buff, the next time a [Skirmisher], [Ranger], or [Tactician] teammate casts an Active Skill, Lionel triggers the effect and gains 2 additional stacks of [Shining Star].

When a Basic Attack does not crit, the CRIT Rate of Active Skills is increased by 5/10/20%, up to 100%. The increase resets after Skill release.

Active Skill DMG increases by 10%. Enemies hit by Combo skills take 20%/40%/60% more DMG for 30s.

Potential Exploration

Lv. 0: When set as Leader, this Echomancer gains an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).

Lv. 1: When set as Leader, teammates gain an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).

Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.

Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.

Lv. 4: When set as Leader, after this Echomancer performs a combo, the Extra DMG of the Echomancers on the field is increased by 60%.

Lv. 5: ATK SPD +5%.

Lv. 6: CRIT Rate +5%.

Lv. 7: When set as Leader, this Echomancer and their summons have a 35% chance to reduce the target's Physical RES by 100%, up to a maximum reduction of 100%, lasting 15s.

Lv. 8: After being switched to Backup, the redeployment CD is reduced by 15s.

Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Any Formula requires a minimum of 330 score in order to unlock new Dialogues. Full Bonus can be achieved with Coziness 4000 + Bond level 9 or above. There are two types of Formula: Memoir and Score. "Memoir" enables the Memoir book, while "Score" are high score recipes used to farm bond (the numbers in the brackets mean: No Bonus/Full Coziness/Full Bonus).
