Huo Ran, the head of security at S.E.E.D., oversees order and safety. In her spare time, she joins Combat Squad α for field missions and occasionally assists in combat training. Rumors suggest she was once the ringleader of the street gang 'Greenface', but she rarely talks about it.

Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Review
Huo Ran is a 4✦ Echomancer of the Striker Class, with the Fire Element. Boasting high Single Target damage and the ability to get stronger when facing dangerous foes. Huo Ran always prioritizes elite enemies, dealing increased damage to them while also reducing the damage she receives. This makes her an excellent choice when dealing with a strong, single enemy. Said trait is further emphasized by the rest of her kit, improving her one-on-one specialty, turning this ex-gangster into a fearsome scrapper!

Tier list comment
Free character with decent shield-breaking ability who can stun. Useful in early game, but becomes harder to keep her place once the player gets access to other options.

Profile & Tea Time
Any Formula requires a minimum of 330 score in order to unlock new Dialogues. Full Bonus can be achieved with Coziness 4000 + Bond level 9 or above. There are two types of Formula: Memoir and Score. "Memoir" enables the Memoir book, while "Score" are high score recipes used to farm bond (the numbers in the brackets mean: No Bonus/Full Coziness/Full Bonus).
