A member of the Phoctunias species in Haicuo. Resembles a seal, but speaks the human language and possesses incredible good luck. Due to his personal demands, Fortuni is currently cared for by S.E.E.D. Considered a mascot for all S.E.E.D. members.

Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.
Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.
Lv. 4: When set as Leader, each change in the activation state of this Echomancer's Block ability increases the Extra DMG of Echomancers on the field by 60% for 60s.

Lv. 8: After being switched to Backup, the redeployment CD is reduced by 15s.
Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Review
Fortuni is a 1✦ Echomancer of the Vanguard Class, with the Water Element. His kit is based around taunting enemies and random chance. His Active Skill Taunts enemies and gives him a block bar, Damage Resistance and Healing over time. While taunting, he deals low damage to nearby enemies, and when the effect ends or if Fortuni takes lethal damage, he stuns nearby enemies. His Auto Skill is a single target Block Gauge Break skill with moderate damage. His Ultimate gives allies a 40% chance to gain one or more random buffs between ATK, ATK SPD, MST, and Healing.
Pros
Surprisingly tanky for a 1-star with his Damage Resistance and Self Heal;
Big team-wide buffs on Ultimate;
Block Gauge Break on Auto Skill;

Cons
Has no way to deal with flying enemies;
Long Cooldown on Ultimate;
His tanking ability is tied to his Active Skill, which he can only use 3 times;
Dupes can only be purchased through the shop;
Low Damage.

Can provide assorted (and powerful) buffs, but his kit is too RNG-based and his personal stats are very low.

Profile & Tea Time
Any Formula requires a minimum of 330 score in order to unlock new Dialogues. Full Bonus can be achieved with Coziness 4000 + Bond level 9 or above. There are two types of Formula: Memoir and Score. "Memoir" enables the Memoir book, while "Score" are high score recipes used to farm bond (the numbers in the brackets mean: No Bonus/Full Coziness/Full Bonus).
