A Canimutan in his exuberant childhood, full of life with a strong sense of justice. Although his true form closely resembles that of a corgi in Senlo, he insists he will grow up to be imposing and powerful. Arriving in Hailin in 1117, he is currently a fifth grader at Erudition Academy Primary School in Class 1, Grade 5. Recognized as an 'Outstanding Resident', he has been commended multiple times for assisting police officers in clue gathering. *Updated on June 1, 1117: Adopted by Cyros from R.E.D.

Review
Felicio is a 5✦ Echomancer of the Ranger Class, with the Wind Element. Fast is the word that best describes Felicio’s fighting style. He is almost entirely focused on buffing his own Atk Speed as well as his teammates’. His attacks and skills get stronger the faster he attacks, and his Ultimate, once at max speed, provides a source of Burst damage on top of his more than reasonable personal DPS. If all that wasn’t enough, Felicio’s Active skill can intercept all projectiles on the map when cast! His main weakness lies in his lack of tools against the more durable enemies, his multipliers being lower in order to balance his extreme speed.

AoE Basic attacks are more than welcome.
Cons
Unwieldy Leader ability;
To balance his high Atk Speed, his multipliers are lower;
Can struggle against high defense enemies.
