Throws javelins at the target area, which explode to deal Water DMG equal to {0} Final ATK in a 250m area and deal Water DMG equal to 300% Final ATK to enemies along their path. Leaves 1 [Syncopation] at the target area. Each time [Pure Soundscape] is cast, Cog’s Auto Skill CD Recovery SPD increases by 40%, stacking up to 3 times. ([Syncopation]: When created, also creates a small Water Zone. A set number can be depleted to cast Active Skill [Fixed Track].)

Uses:

Auto Skill: CD 10s. Throws a javelin at the target, dealing Water DMG equal to {0} Final ATK, exploding to deal Water DMG equal to {1} Final ATK in a 200m area, and leaving 1 [Syncopation]. Active Skill: Depletes 4 on-field [Syncopation] to create a [Fixed Track] zone in the target area for 10s. When creating a [Fixed Track] zone, Cog deals Water DMG equal to {0} Final ATK to enemies in the area and leaves a javelin on each of the four corners to form a High Strength Barrier (breaking the Barrier does not affect the [Fixed Track] zone’s duration). While the [Fixed Track] zone is active, whenever an Echomancer triggers [Vaporized], [Electroconduct], and [Frozen] reactions, Cog deals an instance of Water DMG equal to {2} Final ATK to enemies in the zone and reduces the targets’ DR by 50% (this effect is considered [Armor Melt]) for 10s. This effect can be triggered once every 5s. Multiple [Fixed Track] zones may exist on field at the same time. All zones disappear after Cog leaves the field.

Charge Time: 45s

Summons 2 groups of javelins in a 600m area that destroy all enemy Barriers, knock down all Airborne units for 8s, and deal Water DMG equal to {0} Final ATK. Throws a final javelin at the center that deals Water DMG equal to {1} Final ATK in a 300m area. After this skill is cast, Cog’s next 2 Basic ATKs will create 1 [Syncopation] at the target.

Base Effect:

Casting skills creates [Syncopation] on field, which produces a 100m Water Zone. Up to 8 [Syncopation] may exist on field at the same time. After creating 4 [Syncopation], recovers 1 use of [Pure Soundscape].
When [Syncopation] reaches a certain number, can deplete [Syncopation] to actively cast [Fixed Track]. (When changing battle zones or when Cog leaves the field, all [Syncopation] disappears.)

Unlocks at Seed Lv. I:

When a [Fixed Track] zone exists on field, Crit Rate increases by 30%. When entering battle, creates 3 [Syncopation] nearby. The number of [Syncopation] depleted to cast [Fixed Track] decreases to 3.

When scoring a critical hit, deals 30% more DMG. When a [Fixed Track] zone exists on field, ignores 20% of enemies’ Basic DR.

When dealing Water DMG to enemies in a Water Zone, applies [Sluggish] to the target; [Sluggish] reduces the target’s movement SPD by 70% and Water RES by 20/40/60% and lasts 5s. When [Sluggish] ends, the target is [Immobilized] for 3s. Activating this effect again does not refresh its duration.

Lv. 0: When set as Leader, this Echomancer gains an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).

Lv. 1: When set as Leader, teammates gain an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).

Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.

Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.

Lv. 4: When set as Leader, after each use of an Active Skill, the Extra DMG of Echomancers on the field is increased by 20%, stacking up to 3 times and lasting for 30s.

Lv. 5: ATK SPD +5%.

Lv. 6: CRIT Rate +5%.

Lv. 7: When set as Leader and on the field: Water Echomancers ignore 10% of the target's Basic DR. When an Elemental Reaction is triggered on the field, applies 40% [Elemental Reaction DMG Bonus] to all enemies for 30s.

Lv. 8: After being switched to Backup, the redeployment CD is reduced by 15s.

Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Tier list comment

With virtually infinite skill uses and a fast skill cycling, Cog is a force to be reckoned with. Although she may not be as fast and straightforward as the likes of Lionel, she compensates with unique utility in the shape of square barriers. These can help control the battlefield while benefitting the whole team by reducing enemy DR by 50%.

Any Formula requires a minimum of 330 score in order to unlock new Dialogues. Full Bonus can be achieved with Coziness 4000 + Bond level 9 or above. There are two types of Formula: Memoir and Score. "Memoir" enables the Memoir book, while "Score" are high score recipes used to farm bond (the numbers in the brackets mean: No Bonus/Full Coziness/Full Bonus).
