Water Element. The character was originally released on January 12th, 2024 in China and they will release on November 15th, 2024 in Global.
Changyao is a Crustacean from Haicuo. She's a clever girl who gets great scores at school. She adapted quickly to everything in Hailin. Though she was of course a bit physically unaccustomed to the drastically different environment, she still blended in record time. Bright and vivacious, she's not only popular with kids her own age, but also has the adults wrapped around her finger. She'd often come up with quips that make adults speechless, and is one of the rare few who don't treat Mr. Tong with fear and awe. Arrived in Hailin in 1119. Passed the entrance exam for Erudition Academy Primary School and is currently studying in year five, class one.

Lv. 1: When set as Leader, teammates gain an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).
Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.
Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.
Lv. 4: When set as Leader, each time this Echomancer heals, the healed target's Extra DMG is increased by 60% for 30s.
Lv. 5: ATK SPD +5%.
Lv. 6: CRIT Rate +5%.
Lv. 7: When set as Leader and on the field: Water Echomancers ignore 10% of the target's Basic DR. When an Elemental Reaction is triggered on the field, applies 40% [Elemental Reaction DMG Bonus] to all enemies for 30s.
Lv. 8: After being switched to Backup, the redeployment CD is reduced by 15s.
Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Review
Changyao is a 4-star Water Support who has a control-oriented kit. Her active skill can hold enemies in the air for 5s, allowing allies to heal or reposition, and dealing low damage to all enemies in the affected radius, while also creating a Water Zone. Her Auto Skill is a relatively strong Heal that targets the two allies with lowest HP%. Her Ultimate is several teamwide healing pulses over a period of 30s.
Pros
Control ability can stop enemies in their tracks;
Water Zone generation on Active Skill, targetable;
Healing is not tied to Active Skill uses, retains her performance in long stages;
Short Cooldown on Ultimate.
Cons
Low Active Skill use count;
Struggles with healing team-wide damage, as she can only heal two Echomancers at a time without relying on her ultimate;
Squishy due to low defensive stats.

Tier list comment
Can create water zones and provide crow-control by trapping enemies into water bubbles. However, her healing multipliers are a bit low.

Profile & Tea Time
Any Formula requires a minimum of 330 score in order to unlock new Dialogues. Full Bonus can be achieved with Coziness 4000 + Bond level 9 or above. There are two types of Formula: Memoir and Score. "Memoir" enables the Memoir book, while "Score" are high score recipes used to farm bond (the numbers in the brackets mean: No Bonus/Full Coziness/Full Bonus).
