Bubbles is a fourth-grade student at Erudition Academy Primary School. She is cheerful, energetic, and athletic but struggles with academics. Her high energy often leads to harmless pranks, making her quite a handful for her teachers. Currently staying in the S.E.E.D. employee dorms due to family reasons. One of the first Echomancers registered in S.E.E.D.

Review
Bubbles is a 4-star Water Support whose Basic Attacks have two firing modes switched using her Active Skill, the normal damaging shots, and healing shots, which provide high sustained healing to a single target. Her Auto Skill is a single target attack with a generous ATK multiplier, for a healer, which also debuffs the enemy ATK SPD by 50% for 3s. Her Ultimate deals moderate damage in a wide radius, while also providing some burst healing.
Pros
High single target healing;
High Active Skill use count;
Water Zone generation on Ultimate.
Cons
Struggles to heal allies if more than one Echomancer is taking damage at the same time;
Relies entirely on her Ultimate for team-wide healing;
Squishy due to low defensive stats;
Auto Skill is disabled while using her Active Skill.
