N-Corp Meursault is a tank with below average rolls whose main gimmick revolves around being at 50% hp or lower. His passives are hard to proc to really utilise them. While his debuffs are fantastic, only a team made out of him and other N Corp identities will be able to utilise them fully. Requires at least 2 more N Corp identities to reliably keep Bind and Power Attack debuff on target Outside the N Corp team, he is performing averagely, nothing special. No notable E.G.O. Synergies
